Sooo you had a dream of opening a massage therapy school…me too, but remember a dream is just a dream until YOU take action!  That’s exactly what you and I have done. The difference is, I made all the mistakes, had countless setbacks, and cost myself a lot of time and money. (I didn’t have enough of either to waste) You have chosen a much wiser and easier way of turning your dream into reality.  I will guide and mentor you through the whole process so don’t worry, Shawn and Mr. Bones are here to help, let’s get started!

In this module, Shawn will be answering all your other questions that you might have. He’ll also help you get prepped for your state inspection.

Shawn is passionate about sharing what he knows with fellow massage school owners. He knows questions will come up along the way and for a limited time he’s including the following lifetime value access to him as long as you own a massage school or academy.

How Shawn will help once you get going:

The internet has made the world a much easier place to access. You will have weekly one on one sessions with Shawn. There are no stupid questions so feel free to let me know what’s on your mind. Such as, when to hire more instructors or how to make sure you have good, quality instructors?

Other things you might need help with:

You might have questions on how to teach students the curriculum and make sure you hit all the learning styles. How much hands on do you need to include?  What about slow learning or older students who have trouble keeping up? What certifications do my instructors need (this will vary according to state regulations). I can help you with any questions you have. There is no obstacle that we can’t overcome in this journey.

Modules Available

Module 1

This contains curriculum for day and evening classes based on Becks Theory of Therapeutic Massage and Trail Guide to the body.  Slides are available for every chapter of Theory and Trail Guide is made available as a PDF. This module also includes:

  • tests and pop quizzes
  • intake form for student clinicals
  • instructor time/pay sheets
  • student time sheets customized for your school
Module 2

This includes all of Module 1 along with:

  • Teaching the Instructor document
  • Weekly one on one with Shawn where you can ask anything
  • A customized school and student packet including school mission statement, info, state guidelines, application for new/prospective students
  • Help with marketing and how to build your own brand
Module 3

Module 3 is complete guidance from your awesome idea to your first class starting.  Building a school can be overwhelming but that’s what I am here for.

Everything in module 1 and 2 and help with anything and everything you need.

Examples of anything and everything may include:

  • picking the best location, zoning, state regulations and help filing the paperwork.
  • What is the competition in your area?
  • Proper signage and permit requirements specific to your location.
  • Discount on building a website and monthly fees to maintain site.
